We have treated patients for the past 20+ years with the goal of getting their health and pain to the point that they simply don’t need us. I am a spinal specialist and deal with any issues related to your spine and neck and back discs. Issues such as these cause pain, neuropathy, and discomfort for patients. We all agree Pain is Bad! We have treatment modalities that allow you to move from chronic and acute pain to experiencing only minimal pain and often being pain free. Many of you have heard, “If you start going to a chiropractor, you have to go forever!” This is NOT the case with our office. Even if you have been in pain for years, we hope to get you back in alignment and then teach you the practices that will keep you pain free. That might be 2 weeks of treatment, 2 months, or 2 years, but my objective is to help you feel better and manage your own healing.
I am honored to be voted as one of the best chiropractors in Nashville for a number of years. It tells me my patients I have worked with for over 2 decades care enough about the results they have received to vote for our clinic. Dr. Casey Bearden
We believe in helping you learn the various things you can do on your own so you can speed the healing process and prevent a relapse. It was for this reason I wrote the book: The Chiropractic Way To Health: The Ultimate Self-Help Guide For Chiropractic Patients.
Years ago I developed a severe low back condition known as a “bulged or herniated disc.” In my case it came on suddenly. At times the pain was so intense I couldn’t even bend over to tie my shoes. And I felt far too young to be “disabled”. My surgeon told me that surgery was the only option I had, but I decided against it. A friend suggested a chiropractor, and I decided to give it a try. Imagine my surprise when the chiropractor examined me, ordered some xrays and then did an initial adjustment. The adjustment, which I thought would hurt, actually felt good. Within a few weeks, I felt like myself again – no pain, and it was easy to use my back for normal tasks like lifting. Talk about a life-changing moment; I decided to go to chiropractic school myself. The rest, as they say, is history.

We are not a general chiropractic pain relief center. Rather, we pride ourselves on focusing on your back – specifically in helping you avoid painful and costly back surgery. We specialize in a broad range of conditions, including severe Spinal Stenosis and chronic Disc Herniation patients that have not responded to traditional care such as physical therapy, chiropractic, epidurals and surgery. We developed a comprehensive approach for these conditions that goes far beyond just spinal decompression.
How we Benefit You by going Above the Rest! … And Beyond!
For too long, our society has settled for pain relief as the apparent solution to their health concerns without addressing the underlying dysfunction in the body. Because of this we have the highest rate of chronic, degenerative disease ever. To settle for treatment focused on pain relief only, leaves the part of the body that is not working properly to undergo continued wear and tear: arthritis, degenerative joint disease, among many other chronic, degenerative diseases.
Nashville Spine and Disc is part of a new model of health care that is emerging. Advances in technology are allowing us to better study the natural design and true physiological function of the body. Pain is seen as an important clue, proper function is seen as the Physician’s goal and the stability of the systems of the body is the culmination of the therapy with the participation of the patient.
Nashville Spine and Disc is like no other pain relief center. The environment is one of hope, comfort, action and a sense of purpose. As soon as you enter our office, you will notice the positive energy in the air. You can’t help but start to feel better.
We are devoted to helping our patients get better. Research has proven an excellent success rate.
